RMA (Return Material Authorization)

Quality is of the utmost importance to EHS. Every day we do our best to ensure that your orders are delivered correctly and on time. Once your order has been dispatched, questions may arise regarding the shipment, invoice or the product itself. It may be that you wish to return a product you have received.

To return any goods that are damaged, incomplete or inaccurate, please use the RMA form which you can download here.
Any RMA requests must be submitted within five working days of receiving the goods.
(Any RMA requests submitted outside of this timeframe will not be considered)
The RMA procedure is as follows:

  • You request an RMA through our website.
  • You will receive confirmation that your RMA has been accepted within two working days and you will also receive a unique RMA number..
  • Repackage the product properly in a 'box' (put the original factory packaging in a box) and clearly indicate the RMA number. Please also include a copy of the invoice in the package:
